As an Engineering Support Software Developer, you will assist backend technical support with SMS, email, web, mobile push, etc. customer issues. You'll use your proven technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide necessary code changes/automations, where applicable. You will proactively seek out code improvements / enhancements, perform the changes, document, and share with teammates.
In general, you will work regular business hours, Monday through Friday. However, we provide customer support 24x7, so you will be expected, from time to time, to provide coverage for U.S. hours. You also will participate in an on-call rotation that will include holidays, after-hours, and weekends.
