Node.js Backend Software Engineer

Our client is an innovative VC-backed early-stage startup in the DevSecOps space, is looking for a top-notch Node.js Software Engineer to join our team and help design and build a behavior-based Saas product. We are using and will use the latest and greatest technologies.

Must Have technical skills:

• Understanding web frameworks and IoC containers work (ideally with Nest.js)

• Strong understanding of object-oriented language[s]

preferably TypeScript, but Java, C#, etc. are good options as well.

• Clarity about behavior of non-blocking asynchronous operations

• Familiarity with JavaScript gotchas (e.g. “” vs. null vs. undefined)

• Some experience with a front-end stack appreciated (e.g. Vue.js, React, Svelt, Angular, etc.)

Day to day:

As a member of the early-stage team, you will be creating (code... code... code...) the first building

blocks of the solution. You will contribute to and implement internal algorithms as well as integrate with

third-party services. You will be an integral part of the design and architecture decision process, working

directly with leadership and other team members. You will play a major role in the success of the

company.
