Job Title: Infotainment SW Developer

Location: Warren, MI

Qualifications - External

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Designing and developing functionality and enhancements for Infotainment Embedded systems software
• Develop software in C/C++ for our QNX-based platforms, Java for our Android, C, and AUTOSAR for our VIP platform.
• Participate in a variety of software and ECU (Electronic Control Unit) testing including unit testing, integration testing, bench end-to-end testing, and in-vehicle test
• Deliver quality software by involving in architecture, requirements, design, code, and test case reviews
• Coordination & communication with internal and external teams, and stakeholders effectively
• Work with System Architects and System Engineers to define and clarify requirements
• Consider quality and safety-critical functionality, understand electrical and computing risks that arise from working on Embedded System
• Responsible for delivering output such as creating/maintaining flowcharts, documentation, filling DFMEA (Design for Failure Mode Analysis), Requirements Traceability matrix, White-box, and Black-Box testing plans, Test Reports
• Experienced in implementing technical solutions including specifying requirements, functional decomposition, analysis, development, and testing for current, new, and major programs

Additional Technical skills:

• Tools: gdb, Valgrind, Vector CANalyzer, Simulink in MATLAB
• Scripting Language: Shell, Python & Perl
• Unit Test Frameworks: Junit Test, Google test Mocking (mock)
• Source Control: Git
• Review: Gerrit
