JOB DESCRIPTION

The mission of the newly formed Operations Digitalization team is to leverage technology to transform business operations to be more efficient, reduce manual work and improve business scalability. Operations Digitalization team is responsible for a growing range of technology solutions such as ETL, business intelligence, low-code solutions and various programming languages to implement efficient end to end business solutions. The team is looking for a technical program manager to continue to build out and manage Business Process automation team focused on building out technology driven solutions to automate Operations business processes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for leading of the Business process automation team focusing the delivery of end to end business solutions to replace highly manual business processes with zero/low touch technology solutions. Example Excel/VBA to automated python processes
• Hands on tech lead that is able to understand business process, architect automated solutions and manage the team to build in an agile manner
• Defining cross-functional and cross-departmental dependencies and identifying key deliverables/milestones and critical path
• Partnering with the business and technology to proactively manage scope and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes
• Partnering with business and technology teams to ensure alignment on goals and plans designed to deliver incremental business value
• Driving acceptance and change management as a result of program impacts to the business

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering in Python
• 2+ years’ experience as a team development lead
• Strong understanding of agile project management methodology
• Strong development Python and relevant technologies such as job scheduling and automated testing
• Experience implementing extendable and testable technology in an Agile environment
• Experience in delivering automated business processes
• Finance and operations experience a plus
