We're looking for polyglot software engineers at all levels of experience:
- Principal Software Engineer
- Senior Staff Software Engineer
- Staff Software Engineer
- Senior Software Engineer
- Software Engineer
- Develop integrations with Digital Banking Providers that also integrate with Array's multitude of services and web components.
- Build core features to unlock financial and credit education and wellness tools for millions of customers across thousands of financial institutions.
- Participate in code reviews to establish good coding practices, lead technical design reviews, and participate in technical design review meetings that affect the entire engineering team.
- Take the insights we develop as a company in other products to provide more personalized, interactive, and engaging features for our end-users and our financial institution customers.
- Express ideas to improve our products by measuring and implementing iterative improvements.
- Develop automated CICD systems that can build unit, integration, and end-to-end testing at scale across multiple types of codebases.
- Provide powerful development tools to developers looking to use Array's products for themselves.
- Experience with two or three languages and paradigms: Go (Golang), Javascript/Typescript, Erlang/Elixir, PHP, Racket/Lisp/Common Lisp, Python, Java/Scala/Kotlin, C++, Ruby, SQL, .NET/.NET Core/ASP.NET, C#. Other languages are welcome! (We use Go, so that is a part of your polyglotism, but we will train you on Go if needed.)
- Experience using Git (we use GitLab) and building SaaS products in a remote collaborative environment
- 3+ years of experience building and writing software using RESTful web services
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Experience with relational databases such as: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLite, and CockroachDB (we use CockroachDB!)
- Experience with containerized linux/unix environments in Docker and K8s.
- To be curious, to ask questions on why things are done a certain way, and to be willing to challenge the current paradigms present in Array to help push us forward and upward.
