Senior Software Engineer (Java)

• $140,000 - $160,000 annual salary

Responsibilities

• Work in a collaborative environment to code, testing, and provide ongoing maintenance on our various applications
• Contribute on applications both internal and consumer-facing
• Work on projects of all sizes end to end, focus on design, coding, testing, and maintenance alongside technical project leadership and management
• Maintain appropriate documentation
• Believer in continuous improvement
• Partner with outside vendors when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• 3+ years of software development experience in an enterprise environment
• Expert-level Java experience
• Ability to define, design, code, test and implement code on various projects
• Strong knowledge of RESTful Services (Jersey), SQL, Relational Databases, Kafka, and LDAP
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented technology,
• Experience with Eclipse, GitHub, CI/CD (Jenkins), SQL, and Web Services
• Working knowledge of information security concepts and techniques, as they apply to our environment
