Position: React Developer

Duration: 9 month Contract to Hire

Location: 100% Remote (need to be open to working EST hours)

Pay Rate: 60-65 an hour

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Customer Facing Front-End Development experience
• 3+ years of React experience (e.g., Creating React components from scratch)
• Strong experience Unit Testing React Components (Jest, Cypress, Puppeteer, etc.)
• Strong knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, yarn, etc.

Day-2-Day:

A large financial company is looking for a React JavaScript Engineer to join its Money Movement team. This team is building a banking platform that enables teams to create products at scale and powers digital channels to deliver compelling experiences in a dramatically faster fashion. As an Engineer, you will be responsible for building this cutting-edge technology framework that facilitates developer productivity without compromising on quality at an enterprise scale. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders daily to stay focused on common goals. You will be responsible for developing user interface components for the deposit and checking services project. You will need to have a strong understanding of CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS. Your main responsibilities will include developing new user-facing features using React.js, and building reusable cross-platform components, and front-end libraries for future use. Responsibilities will also include translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code and optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
