Job Information
CSS is seeking a Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation to support business requirements. Automate business processes using Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation.
Key Job Functions
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to gather and document process requirements
- Develop and deliver high quality robotic process automation solutions
- Document business processes with error handling, conditions, and decision logic.
- Be involved in all process automation activities from the initial prioritization, development and testing through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to do a Proof Of Concept for feasibility analysis for the proposed automated solution
- Production roll-out of robots and defect fixes in production
- Leverage industry best practices to design, develop, test, implement and support a solution
- Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
- Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of hands-on application development experience in Microsoft .net and C# platform
- Solid Experience in automating business processes using Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation tools
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future. CSS does not offer H-1B sponsorship for this position.
- Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC
- Understanding of RPA infrastructure setup and best practices
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming languages
- Proficient in writing and understanding complex SQL queries using databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Working experience in Mortgage/Mortgage-Backed Security related domains is a plus.
- Experience in developing web pages using HTML, Java Script and other front-end technologies.
- Experience in writing scripts with Python, R script is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products especially in Excel
- Understanding of Assisted vs Unassisted Robotic Implementations
- Familiarity with Maven and version control systems such as Git/BitBucket
