What to expect in this position:

We are looking for a full-time Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team. Working independently and within a team, you will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle for custom client/server web-based applications comprising a variety of programming languages, databases, and business intelligence tools. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your already strong skill set while learning new technologies utilized across the Expression Networks breadth and depth of projects. You will contribute to large development efforts employing modern technology stacks (MERN, Alfresco Content Services, Alfresco Process Manager, PostGres, ElasticSearch, Kibana, and Neo4j) that affect a national client base.

All of our Software Development Teams are between 4-8 software developers that work on multiple projects with DoD, DoS, DHS, and many other federal clients. Our goal is to help you develop your skills while challenging you to keep raising your bar of expertise. We look for software developers that enjoy learning new tech, and enjoy being in a collaborative Agile environment instead of a dark basement setting. Expression Networks HQ is conveniently located northeast of Union Station. We are a 5 minute walk from the Gallaudet - Noma DC Metro station. Security Clearance:

• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance or Higher, In order to obtain this clearance the following is required:
• US Citizenship, can’t be Dual Citizenship
• Ability to pass a drug test

Minimum Experience:

• US citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related STEM discipline
• 8+ years of software development experience
• 6 years of full stack development experience
• Experience developing in MEAN/MERN stack environment
• Knowledge of PostGres, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Java, Neo4j, and JavaScript web frameworks
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principals
• Linux/Unix command line proficiency
