Microsoft Dynamics Architect- Fully remote with 25% travel.



  • 5+ Years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O
  • 2+ Years of experience using Dynamics 365 Retail/Commerce module.
  • Experience with Retail PoS implementation
  • 2 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting retail Point of Sale systems in a Dynamics 365 environment including OPOS layer configuration, installing utilities and software, setting up drivers and troubleshooting in a Windows computer.
  • 2 years of experience in a Dynamics 365 environment maintaining and solving issues with retail concepts such as Commerce Scale Unit, MPOS, CPOS, Channel Database, Hardware Profiles, and administrative functions.
  • 2 years of experience troubleshooting retail hardware payment devices such as pin pads and check readers and corresponding software.
  • 2 years of experience configuring hardware and software in a Windows client/server environment.
  • 1 years of experience with incident and problem management experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate well within IT department on various technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to document issues and problems for quicker future resolution and allow others to use documentation to solve problems.
