As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead in the designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as lead processes for creating and maintaining IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

• Independently determine the needs of the customer while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.
• Applying advanced skill, knowledge and experience, design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs.
• Use a process-driven approach to leading design solutions.
• Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams.
• May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences

• 5+ years of experience building and supporting large and complex projects using programming languages like Java or ETL Tool like Informatica/Abintio
• 3+ Years of experience leading squads or teams with delivering complex applications on-prem and/or Cloud
• 3+ Years of experience mentoring and training junior resources

Desired Experiences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience with technologies such as Spark, Python, AWS services like EMR, Lamba, S3, RedShift, Glue, Postgres
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps tools, CICD
• 2+ years of experience with architecting and designing SAAS applications like Workday

Skills

• Experience using software and computer systems architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applications such as xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or WebSphere
• Communication includes communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
• Experience helping an organization plan and manage change in an effort to meet strategic objectives
• Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
• Learning and Training including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems
• Business Insight includes advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
• Programming includes coding, debugging and using relevant programming languages
• Relationship Management includes managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
• Operational Excellence includes improving and overseeing operations

Tools

• Skilled in Java
• Skilled in SQL
• Experience using APIs for developing or programming software
• Skilled in AWS Developer tools such as CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeStar, or CodePipeline
• Experience using JIRA
