About The Role
Limeade is looking to fill a .NET Developer lll position to design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes. The senior software developer engages directly with team leads, development teams and product owner to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of our software solutions.
To be successful as a senior software developer, you should be able to drive the software change and release management processes, assisting with the overall maturity of the software development lifecycle. Ultimately, a top-notch senior software engineer will ensure that software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.
This role is fully remote to candidates located in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack
- Get to the bottom of the most complex software issues and come up with practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and vendor packages, evaluating and making recommendations as necessary.
- Keep us efficient with process improvements and best practices
- Assist the team lead in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
- Mentor Software Engineers to help with skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities
- Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management
- Document your knowledge, processes, and solutions for future use
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way

- 5+ years of development experience with C# or Java and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
- Experience creating highly scalable solutions on Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Experience with React is a plus
- Excellent communication skills - demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and with care, especially regarding complex technical issues
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to look for non-obvious connections and creative solutions
