Job Overview
iCIMS’ in-house creative and digital agency is looking for a collaborative, front end web developer to join their Digital Experience team. The Front End Developer supports the tech stack innovation for iCIMS Marketing technologies and digital properties. As part of the Digital Experience web development team, the Front End Developer consults with project stakeholders, cloud services, security, and host engineering teams to develop, deploy, and manage marketing lead generating and customer community properties and experiences. The Front End Developer works collaboratively with creatives and marketers as well as product and development groups to build and optimize high quality web sites and online experiences that align with the business needs and our technical infrastructure.

Compensation And Benefits
The target total compensation for this role is $73,100-$97,400
Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.

Responsibilities
- Build web pages and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, & Javascript
- Establish and maintain the front-end development environment
- Address front-end bugs and optimize user-experience in accordance with QA
- Take action as determined in partnership with Principal Web Developer to maintain our modern tech stack, scalability, and efficiencies to drive sales enablement and lead generation
- Support the agile digital product development practice within Marketing
- Support QA in partnership with project leadership, offering check points for quality throughout the development process
- Co-create, in partnership with Principal Web Developer, technical specifications and digital property documentation inclusive of modern code standards and production best practices
- Be technically proficient and prepared to assist other developers on projects to meet deadlines, while providing quality work
- Accurately estimate project scope and duration, produce high-quality work within designated timelines
- Ensure the use of expert Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures), and demonstrate understanding of software architecture and object-oriented development frameworks
- Refine and contribute to project objectives by analyzing requirements; envisioning system features and functionality
- Continue to develop professional knowledge by researching new web technologies and software development products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Minimum of 3 years experience building front-end user interfaces for the web
- Expert Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and DOM-level JavaScript
- Advanced knowledge of modern (ES6) Javascript
- Demonstrated experience with at least one front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Expert understanding and usage of the modern development environment and build tools like NPM, Webpack, & linters.
- Experience with collaborative development tools such as Git and Atlasssian suite
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics a plus
