About The Role
At Chenoa, our Hyperautomation group is on the forefront of the latest innovations and trends in the technology industry, including low-code/no-code platforms, RPA, cloud services and AI/Client. As a solution architect in this group, you will be leading engineers on various engagements and collaborating with engagement managers and designers to deliver best-in-class software to our customers. Serving as a client-facing technical leader, you'll be responsible for guiding our clients to determine the right software architecture that addresses their current business pain points and future vision. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders internally and externally.

About The Role

As a solution architect in this group, you will be leading engineers on various engagements and collaborating with engagement managers and designers to deliver best-in-class software to our customers. Serving as a client-facing technical leader, you'll be responsible for guiding our clients to determine the right software architecture that addresses their current business pain points and future vision. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders internally and externally.
Some of the things you'll do:
- Develop high-quality systems and features for applications that we are building for clients using a no-code platform by collaborating with product managers, solution architects and other engineers
- Become an expert on the platform and become a go-to person for technical design
- Help mentor other engineers by providing technical reviews, pair programming and guidance
- Be a technical leader on project teams to help build trust with our clients
- 8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer in J2EE,Asp.Net, Full Stack, Java Script or any development language
- Experience with modern frameworks/languages, integrations and cloud architecture
- Strong track record of launching fully responsive products and digital software applications
- Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technical skills quickly
- Experience interfacing directly with senior-level stakeholders to understand their business needs, create solutions, and drive implementation of software products
- Experience working on any low-code or no-code development platform
- Certification in AWS, Azure or other cloud provider
- Experience working on front-end development
- Deep knowledge and domain experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
