LiveArt is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who can manage the transition between project planning and software deployment. This position is highly cross-functional in nature. Your job will involve interacting with Developers, QAs, and Product Owners. Your expertise in information system options, risks, and impact on operations will be vital to your success. You will be perfect for this position if you are able to bring structure and organization to a fast-paced, rapidly expanding organization by defining, documenting, and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement various development, testing, automation tools and IT infrastructure
- Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities
- Managing stakeholders, external interfaces, setting up tools and required infrastructure
- Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes
- Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
- Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
- Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
- Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Incidence management and root cause analysis
- Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline
- Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar
- 7+ years of extensive experience in DevOps engineering, team management, and collaboration
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python and writing code and scripts
- Ability to oversee developers, as well as report to team leads
- Ability to install and configure software, gather test-stage data, and perform de-bugging
- Ability to ensure smooth software deployment by writing script updates and running diagnostics
- Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
- Advanced knowledge of best practices related to data encryption and cybersecurity
- Ability to keep up with software development trends and innovation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
