Description

A world leader in innovative, casual footwear, Crocs, Inc., is dedicated to the future of comfort. Our original and most famous style, the Classic Clog, is instantly recognized around the world — and for good reason: since 2002, we’ve sold more than 600 million pairs in over 90 countries! We achieved our status as a global leader in the casual footwear category by taking an inherently simple approach to uniting style, modern comfort and value.

Every day, we make a choice to have an open mind and look on the bright and colorful side of life. We embrace and celebrate the uniqueness in everyone, inviting the world to Come As You Are.

Crocs is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to lead requirements gathering and documentation for initiatives across Crocs-operated digital websites and platforms. This person brings a wealth of experience, domain expertise, and excitement around ecommerce and digital initiatives.  This person must have previous experience as a BSA or Functional Lead working on digital commerce projects and ecosystems, with preference given to candidates who have experience with Salesforce (SFCC/B2C, SFMC, SFIS).  This role will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, collecting, and documenting business and functional requirements.  They will lead partner interviews, differentiate between needs and wants, and prioritize the highest value outcome for the business.  Ultimate success is measured upon final delivery, and this role must stay engaged from “sunrise to sunset” on each assigned initiative. The types of initiatives will vary from a simple frontend/storefront content change to more sophisticated business process re-engineering and/or systems integration.

Responsibilities

  • Review and/or support the development of cases and perform in-depth analysis to identify high-level business and functional requirements
  • Build and maintain requirements and functional documentation to run project scope and to support development and QA processes while representing the business owner
  • Become a domain specialist on the various systems, functions, and global processes of the Crocs eCommerce stack. Understand the technology solutions and tools in place and communicate about existing or changing technology in a non-technical manner
  • Develop and maintain high-level and detailed process diagrams that document the many functional areas of our eCommerce sites, system integrations, and data exchanges within and external to the Crocs stack
  • Support Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle as they execute projects
  • Collaborate closely with all functional groups within the eCommerce team: Dev, Ops, UX, QA, PM, Merchandising, Analytics, Digital Marketing, and regional representatives around the globe
  • Maintain and develop new relationships with both external departments, and teams within Crocs
  • Promote a collaborative, constructive, and transparent environment that encourages problem-solving, clarity, and information sharing

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
  • 5 years of BSA or Functional Lead experience at a digital agency or brand focused on direct-to-consumer ecommerce
  • Previous technical experience, experience as a developer or other validated technical expertise desired

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware/ SFCC) experience
  • Understanding of eCommerce system architectures and eCommerce technology ecosystems
  • Ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects and timelines, processing and presenting information quickly to appropriate parties
  • Growth mentality with a passion for continuous learning and problem solving
  • Ability to think quickly and drive decision-making
  • Ability to discuss and understand technical concepts at a high level of understanding
  • Can roll with the punches and has a flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication
