The Service Desk Engineer is responsible for remote management of multiple client networks of various sizes and complexities. This position will handle a wide range of tasks, from desktop and application issues to network and server troubleshooting. The individual will work closely with members of the technical team and external customers to understand and resolve any production and support related issues. In addition to being well organized, efficient, and able to work with limited supervision, the candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with keen problem solving and design skills.
Operational Responsibilities
Serve as escalation point for Service Desk Technician
Work via telephone, email and remote support tools to resolve client issues
Diagnose and remediate advanced Windows Server and Exchange Server issues
Troubleshoot Office 365 specific configuration and related issues
Troubleshoot and maintain server hardware, storage systems and network infrastructure
Remediate advanced malware, virus and security threats
Troubleshoot high level issues related to Microsoft Office applications
Troubleshoot issues specific to customer’s vertical market applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
