About the Position

We are looking for an experienced analyst to manage clients’ data-processing activities as we grow. You will work closely with our account management team to build a relationship with your assigned clients, process monthly data feeds including ETL/ELT, and provide custom analytics. In addition, you will provide feedback and assistance to drive continuous improvement of our software platform.

Requirements

• Experience working with claims and other healthcare data, preferably for HEDIS reporting (5+ years preferred).
• Development skills including SQL Server (T-SQL) and SSIS or other data integration tools (5+ years preferred).
• Ability to manage timelines, to work independently in a remote environment, and to develop solutions toward meeting project milestones.
• Adaptability and willingness to adjust to changing timelines without being micromanaged.
• Effective oral and written communication skills to collaborate with other team members both within CareSeed and with our client partners.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure data warehousing solutions, such as Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
