Title: Lead/Sr. S/W Development Engineer

Lead/Sr. Software Development Engineer will:

• Define and implement Tech Strategy
  • Partner with Product,
  • Design and
  • Engineering to layout technical roadmaps all clients balancing time-to-market with long-term vision and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for a delightful customer experience.
• Lead full stack projects,
  • impact the end-to-end LOB by collaborating with multi-discipline teams across multiple platforms.
• Must be Passionate about innovating, with a demonstrable track record of success in delivering new features and products.
  • Exceptional communication skills
• Experienced in creating reliable, scalable, and high-performance products
• Must have technical expertise,
  • a sound understanding of the technical fundamentals, and
  • practical experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• The person has an attention to detail to deliver solutions that delight customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• 8+ years of programming experience with at least one language: Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 5+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design
  • Architecture,
  • Design patterns,
  • Reliability and
  • Scaling of new and current systems
• Proven ability to design and implement complex software systems
• A track record of building complex, reliable, and scalable software in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Machine Learning, and
  • Natural Language Processing.
• Experience with iterative, agile development methodologies (including scrum)
• Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical
• Knowledge of best practices for software development.
• MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• A Passion for Music considered a Big Plus!
