The role will support the development of an Oracle HCM ERP to support Army Non-appropriated activities. The ideal candidate has experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules focused on HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Keeping.
Duties
- Responsible development of fast formulas
- Building and loading conversion HDLs
- Integrations
- Reports development for leading a team of developers to build inbound and outbound interfaces
- Other experience can include BI Publisher, HCM Extract, HDL, UCM or other cloud-based tools such as MFT (managed file transfer)
- Ability to obtain Security + within 6 months
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- CALIBRE is not providing sponsorship at this time
- Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 6 months. Training and boot camp support is provided.
- (Desired) Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Oracle programming
- Prior large scale deployment of Oracle HCM in a cloud based environment
- DoD experience preferred
