The Dayforce Product Development team is looking for an experienced Software Developer to create the industry’s next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
As a senior developer in our Workforce Management team, you will be working on our ground-breaking solution that helps companies increase their efficiencies through tracking time and attendance and intelligent scheduling of their employees. Dayforce Workforce Management empowers your frontline employees with schedule flexibility in a consumer-like experience, all while providing real-time workforce intelligence to your managers.

- Solid knowledge of object-oriented principles (SOLID) and experience applying them in practice using C# (5+ years)
- Demonstrated experience with JavaScript stack such as React, Typescript, jQuery, dojo, etc. (2+ years)
- Working knowledge of modern web technologies including: HTML5, CSS 3, SVG, WCF, JSON, etc.
- Experience with .NET framework
- Strong SQL skills
- Acumen for analyzing business needs and identifying optimal solution
- Experience in enterprise software development
- Hands on experience in applying design patterns, writing unit tests and optimizing performance (front and back end)
- Working experience with ASP.NET MVC
- Good understanding of multi-threading and thread synchronization
- Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently as well as in close collaboration within an agile development team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
