About The Opportunity
This Product Manager, Service Integration role is responsible for establishing the product priorities and roadmap for the Dayforce Report Marketplace and various other initiatives. The Report Marketplace is Dayforce’s first community-driven feature that allows users to easily search, preview, rate, and install commonly requested, pre-configured reports. Users will also be able to contribute to the community by submitting their own reports to the Marketplace. Future enhancements will allow for other configurable elements to be offered through the Marketplace, such as forms, workflows, dashboards, etc. You will spend your time designing, building, and delivering valuable features and enhancements for this exciting Dayforce feature as well as other functionality across our team’s products and features.
You will be a key member on the Service Integration team, whose mission is to drive efficiencies in implementing and supporting Dayforce through products like Config Validation Tool, Activate, Triage, Rover, and Support Dashboard, as well as Dayforce features like the upcoming Report Marketplace and CVT report delivery for ConnectedPay & Unified solutions. We empower our Ceridian operations teams to efficiently deliver high quality implementations and world-class customer support through robotic process automation, proactive issue detection, and various other technology solutions.
To achieve these results, you will collaborate internally with the Product, Development, Support, and Services teams across the organization. You will get to leverage your strong technical and functional problem-solving skills with a keen business sense to deliver top notch, client-focused tools and support.

Deliver innovative and improved methods or approaches to problems
Communicate key user needs, vision, and strategy and provide thought-leadership
Drive discussions with users and developers on execution of product intent
Maintain a comprehensive backlog
Identify, prioritize, and execute against both the backlog and roadmap using a data-driven approach
Manage risk by ensuring the team is focused on building the right product for the right user at the right time
Operate effectively and independently in an uncertain environment
Lead special projects as needed
Skills and experience we value:
Highly organized, disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration within an Agile development team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional self-awareness and influencing skills
Prior experience in Product Management working directly with developer teams
Prior experience implementing or supporting HCM systems
Prior experience designing or implementing marketplace feature functionality
Experience with Agile/SCRUM product development methodologies
Proficient with Microsoft Server Technology (e.g: Windows / SQL Server) and relational database systems
Conversational understanding of object-oriented programming, HTML and JavaScript
