Position: Senior Software Dev MS Dynamics 365
Location: 100% Remote, reporting to Washington, DC
TTC seeks a Senior Software Developer MS D365 to join our DevSecOps team at the Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Railway Administration (FRA). This Senior Software Developer works remotely and reports virtually to offices in Washington, DC.
Our Senior Software Dev MS D365 will be responsible for the following:
Design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online). Develop enterprise data and reporting solutions leveraging MS D365 architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to prepare functional specifications for the customization of D365 Applications.
Break down functional specifications into technical designs, development tasks, and estimates, executes to completion.
Creates unit test cases, unit test plans, executes unit testing
Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, data and system configuration issues
Presents technical ideas and approaches to peers or the IT team
Participate in design and code reviews
Mentor and train technical team members
Work independently and with team members to develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE, including:
Customizing entities
Developing plug-ins
Developing workflows
Developing JavaScript
Security configurations.
Interacts with the development team and management staff on a daily basis
Use Microsoft Visual Studio edition to develop and maintain code
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills
5+ years of design and development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM & D365 CE
5+ years of design and development experience in C#
5+ years of design and development experience in Java Script
5+ years of design and development experience in Web API's
2+ years of experience in azure development with one of the Azure platform services with Azure Functions
Experience with creating/maintaining custom C# and D365 plugins, D365 workflows (Activities)
Experience with CRM JavaScript API and utilizing CRM best practices
Experience in ReactJS or AngularJS framework would be an added advantage
Experience with creating/maintaining Sql Server Reporting Services Reports
Strong SDLC knowledge and awareness of development best practices
Strong foundation in object-oriented design (OOD), design patterns, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics D365 CE
Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Authentication, Windows Networking, Performance, and Security aspects
Ability to prepare technical documentation
