Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of the core applications
Good understanding and knowledge of ITIL process.Architect ServiceNow technical solutions.
Perform advanced customization.
Strong experience with JavaScript, HTM, CSS or other functional programming languages.
Strong technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules - Incident Management and Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request, Work Request Management, ServiceNow Servicewatch, Software Asset Management, Asset Management , CMDB , Contract Management
