The Software Developer II will assist and occasionally lead group efforts in the design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software systems (which are primarily built on the Salesforce.com and Microsoft.NET platforms).

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the field or closely related area required.
  • Experience in these fields is preferred but not required.
  • Source Control, Unit Testing, SQL Server, Image Processing
  • ASP .NET, SQL, XML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
  • .NET and/or Java, Microsoft Office
  • Apex, Visualforce
  • Proven ability to understand business processes, suggest improvements and/or automations, and envision how disparate processes could be integrated. Experience in designing

and implementing such improvements/automations/integrations with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to discuss and solve technical problems of moderate to high complexity. Determination to find and address the root cause(s) of problems (as opposed to just implementing

workarounds).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (i.e., no problems with day-to-day communications). May sometimes need coaching/review from supervisor prior to communicating

with a large, managerial, and/or client audience.
  • Ability to create quality technical documentation, training materials, and release notifications, and experience in coaching both technical and non-technical personnel in the usage of

new software or features.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment with varying skill set levels, and ability to occasionally lead group efforts.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet personal deadlines, as well as the ability to help others cope with pressure and meet deadlines when leading group efforts.
