Stratacent is seeking ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for the ServiceNow platform, which supports IT service management to automate business processes. The role involves designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform. A ServiceNow developer must also manage the platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows
Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service
Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality create the script to automate rote tasks being done in Service Now.
Performs integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration.
Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
Performs system and integration testing with the sample and live data Monitor health, usage and overall compliance with the application.
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
Required Experience and Skills:
Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with other external modules.
Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.).
Multiple years of Service Now experience (Minimum 4 years)
Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting.
Experience with Front End technologies / UI development technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.
Hands-on experience working with relational databases.
Service Now Certified Application Developer preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications or related field.
