Caring:

• You’ll execute on the mission and vision by ensuring the strategic goals are supported by our products. You’ll spend time with Product, Engineering and Customer Support, to set the vision for offerings that solve meaningful problems for our customers. You’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to turn those ideas into compelling reality.

Ownership:

• You will have the opportunity to lead the platform and core services product direction to enable application and data services. The Kyruus platform serves millions of users monthly and operates at scale.  We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager with strong experience managing complex, full lifecycle of products and services.
• Drive the technical platform services vision & roadmap. Lead the vision, prioritization and roadmap of our platform services solutions
• Idea Innovation areas. Identify new areas of opportunity for products and innovations
• Be accountable for the end to end success of the products under your management. Define the metrics, processes and monitoring systems to measure and ensure high reliability of our services across our customer base.
• Be customer-obsessed (internal and external). We believe understanding the customer experience across pre and post sales activity helps our team build amazing products that solve real problems. Getting to know our customers and the challenges they face through conversations, research, and engagement with our community, will be a powerful input into this role.
• Be a bridge between the development team, customers, and other internal teams to ensure customer value is delivered with pace
• Be exceptionally pragmatic and care deeply about your products. You’ll be able to make the right trade offs to progress projects while balancing constraints and input. We’re looking for a candidate that can be pragmatic and has the ability to make decisions based on data to translate business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Work & collaborate with a high performing team of product managers, designers, engineering, customer support, and marketing.
• You’ll report to the Senior Vice President, Engineering in the R&D Engineering department.

• You’ll use your 10+ years experience in enterprise SaaS and/or healthcare product management to:
• Drive multi-product strategy cross-functionally with no or minimal help
• Ask the right questions of, and listen actively, to our users, our customers, and the market
• Negotiate and identify priorities, trade offs, and timelines for your product roadmaps
• Connect business goals to product roadmap goals, and vice versa.
