• The candidate needs to demonstrate expert knowledge of and performs or leads the following activities:
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple IT teams to communicate system related problems, changes and fixes.
• Consolidate marketplace system release schedules into a master schedule and create centralized view of all releases.
• Manage deployments and change requests across implementation and production environments.
• Control, plan and direct all aspects of configuration, installation, operation and testing of network hardware and software. Identify and analyze advancements in application development concepts, techniques, and tools. Coordinate and/or perform additions and changes to network hardware and operating systems, and attached devices; includes investigation, analysis, recommendation, configuration, installation, and testing of new network hardware and software.
• Provide direct support in the day-to-day operations on network hardware and operating systems, including the evaluation of system utilization, monitoring response time and primary support for detection and correction of operational problems.
• Provide technical consultation, training and support to IT staff as designated by the government.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in system engineering, including IT development particularly in release management and planning, MS Azure, hardware/software solutions and day to day operations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Certifications desired

• ITIL
• SAFe

Pay: $90,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
