Your opportunity
We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter (Remote) to help us build out a world class technology team as we pioneer bold new ways to improve healthcare for patient and our physicians. This role will serve as a dedicated Talent Acquisition partner to the Chief Technology Officer, reporting to the SVP of Talent in order to help us bring on best-in-class technology talent across software engineers, product managers, data analysts, data scientists, IT specialists, UX/UI developers & designers, data engineers and data architects.
This is a high-impact role with the responsibility for sourcing, assessing and delivering top technical talent that will ultimately build tools which have a meaningful impact the lives of our patients and physicians. The right candidate will be skilled at sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and inbound applicants, implementing best-practice interview plans, configuring code assessments and building a team that works cohesively together.
