Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter (Remote) to help us build out a world class technology team as we pioneer bold new ways to improve healthcare for patient and our physicians. This role will serve as a dedicated Talent Acquisition partner to the Chief Technology Officer, reporting to the SVP of Talent in order to help us bring on best-in-class technology talent across software engineers, product managers, data analysts, data scientists, IT specialists, UX/UI developers & designers, data engineers and data architects.

This is a high-impact role with the responsibility for sourcing, assessing and delivering top technical talent that will ultimately build tools which have a meaningful impact the lives of our patients and physicians. The right candidate will be skilled at sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and inbound applicants, implementing best-practice interview plans, configuring code assessments and building a team that works cohesively together.

What You Will Do

• Concentrate on creating strategic hiring plans for sourcing technology/STEM candidates with strong technical backgrounds—Software Developers, IT, Product Managers, Data Analysts, Data Architects, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers
• Proactively engage passive and active candidates through sourcing, and pipeline building
• Manage and drive full-cycle technical recruitment process for Product, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
• Work closely with the CTO to prioritize hiring needs to build a seamless interview process
• Build a pipeline of diverse talent by inspiring candidates to apply to current and future openings through creative internal and external recruitment efforts.
• Partner with and coach hiring managers on the best recruiting practices and policies and provide guidance, support, and recommendations on candidates to interview.
• Write and post job descriptions on Greenhouse, LinkedIn and other job boards
• Coordinate and schedule interviews in Greenhouse for hiring teams across the organization
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters; conduct high volume/high quality virtual interviews to assess technical, cultural and behavioral fit
• Implement and configure code-assessment tools (Codility) and integrate into Greenhouse ATS to quantifiably assess engineering/technical talent coding proficiency levels
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires in Greenhouse ATS
• Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion, judgment, and professionalism

What will make you successful here

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ Years of strong sourcing/recruiting experience in IT/Tech/STEM in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Background in healthcare IT recruiting strongly preferred
• ATS experience, Greenhouse highly preferred
• Experience with code assessment tools such as Codility or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing techniques, using various talent tools, and crafting Boolean search strings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of ownership and comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Coachable and able to take direction  yet being forward-thinking to challenge the status quo
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
