Skill / Qualifications

· B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or related field

· 8+ years of Client Application development

· 4+ years of Roku, BrightScript development

· Experience with SceneGraph API

· Proven track record with verifiable apps in the store

· Preferred Skills:

· Experience with RESTful web services

· Experience with Unit Testing

· Experience with Git and Bitbucket version control systems

· Experience with video platforms and SDKs is a plus

· Experience with Reporting SDKs (Omniture, Nielsen, comScore, New Relic, Conviva) is a plus

· Experience with graphic design is a plus

Job Responsibilities

· Able to help our team to have a direct impact on the consumer entertainment streaming experience

· Ability to provide solutions for content protection (DRM), advertisements, and real-time analytics of the video playback experience

· Has a thorough understanding of external systems to provide a consistent playback experience across multiple devices and applications.

· Able to work on multiple platforms

· Develop skills with the latest technologies

· Strong organizational, task management and prioritization skills

· Ability to work well with peers and all levels of management

· Willing to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment

· Good communicator with ability to clearly articulate complex issues and technologies

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
