To expand our team in Chicago, we are looking for you as
Software Engineer Domain Specific Languages (all genders)
We advise and support our customers in developing toolchains and in the connected technologies and skills. We also create such tools ourselves matching our customers needs and improve our own toolset. For this, we usually organize ourselves into teams of less than five people. Consulting assignments are also often solo projects.
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in computer science or an engineering discipline
- At least three years of relevant work experience
- Solid knowledge of one or more functional or object-oriented programming languages
- A good general overview of software engineering
- Experience with Jetbrains MPS or Eclipse/EMF/Xtext and building domain-specific languages
- Desire to learn new domains and topics
- Recognizing patterns and rules in different domains and specialist areas and systematizing them
- Conception of domain-specific (modeling) languages and their IDEs together with the specialist departments of our customers
- Implementation of DSLs based on Jetbrain's MPS or Xtext/Xtend
