What you’ll do:

  • Should have an excellent understanding and working knowledge of sales and service cloud data model along with the platform's sharing, security, identity, and access management
  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
  • Experience designing integration framework between Salesforce and external systems and portals using Std. connectors or APIs
  • Conduct unit & systems testing, debugging while adhering to coding best practices and security standards.
  • Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification/design documents and collaborate in teams.
  • Provide system administration and user support functions for multiple applications within the Customer Success technology domain (i.e ServiceCloud, TalkDesk, Gainsight and PSA)
  • Build relationships with active internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Support, Training, etc.) to support our customer-facing teams.
  • Excellent team player and collaborator who thrives helping colleagues use technology to solve business problems.
  • Keep current on software applications, Salesforce platform, tools and industry best practices. Continuously making recommendations for future system upgrades.

What you’ll bring:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
  • 3+ years of experience working on Salesforce platform. Service and Sales Cloud.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience involving Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Lightning UI with Aura \ LWC, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS and AJAX.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in writing code for consuming and exposing SOAP and REST based web services.
  • 1+ years of experience with CI and CD tools like Autorabit, Github, bitbucket, Jenkins, ANT for deployments.
  • Software Engineering work experience in an Agile / SDLC environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certification.
  • Adaptable to working in a very fast paced and changing environment with the ability to prioritize many demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
