We're growing our Software Development and Release Organization and has a great opportunity for a C# Software Developer Engineer! As a vital member of the Development Team, the C# Software Developer Engineer will work with team members, and you will be the first point of contact for bug reports and platform development questions raised by our Customers through our Helpdesk Team. As part of this position, you will be responsible for development, modification, and support of software

Professional Qualifications & Requirements
SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
Commitment to excellence and improvement
Ongoing, best-in-class engineering (code development and implementation)
Complete and accurate code documentation
Debugging and code testing on developed modules
Writing test scripts and doing demos for the team of features developed
Ongoing maintenance and support for product and for features developed
Must be able to document code thoroughly and write automated test scripts
Can manage tasks and complete them on schedule
Excellent communication and information management skills
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Provide support for other Synergis developers as needed
Provide support to Helpdesk and/or customers as needed
Provide support to QA team members testing your code as needed
TEAM SUPPORT
Provide accurate and timely information regarding timeline and Project status to Software Development Manager, Product Managers, and Director of Development
Work toward strong Inter-Team relationships. Lead by example, and encourage others’ creativity and ideas
Other
Track project status against timeline, and communicate interactively with Project Managers and/or Software Development Manager regarding development status
Test software and provide feedback to the development staff for other Projects, as needed
Review and provide feedback regarding documentation material for technical accuracy
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
College Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 Years Development Experience
Experience with C# WinForms applications with the .NET Framework
Experience with document management and version control a plus
Experience working directly with external clients
Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, MicroStation, or SOLIDWORKS a plus
Experience with DevExpress a plus
Experience with Angular a plus
Manage technical and product issues and escalations
Ability to conceptualize, design, and write code based on design specifications from Product Managers
Must have excellent problem solving and debugging skills
Exhibits a willingness to embrace new technology that benefits the development effort
Maintains clear communications with Team Leader and other Software Developers
Professional and clear communication with peers and leadership
