The Web Application Developer Lead will work with the architect and other team members to design and develop state of the art applications for Synergis Software.

Essential Accountabilities
ARCHITECTURE
- Work with the architect to design features and applications
- Develop a deep understanding of product architecture
- Participate in solutions planning process and co-author definitive requirements, technical specifications and estimates for Synergis Software solutions by working with Product Managers, Chief Software Architect, Software Developers and key Synergis personnel.

Job Details
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years development experience
- Intermediate level experience developing with Web Application Platforms. Angular preferred
- Intermediate level experience with C# WinForms applications with the .NET Framework
- Experience in full stack development.
- Experience in C# backend, database design, SQL, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with Java a plus
- Experience with document management and version control a plus
- Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, MicroStation, or SOLIDWORKS a plus
- Experience with DevExpress a plus
- Ability to conceptualize, design and write code based on design specifications from Project Managers
- Must have excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Must be able to document code thoroughly and write test scripts
- Exhibits a willingness to embrace new technology that benefits the development effort
