About The Role
You will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists & marketing partners to build a personalized experience for our clients. You will guide the team in scoping, estimating, and prioritizing the teams work. You’ve evolved systems over time and you’ll help design new features and measure our work’s impact.
You will work in our team’s primary languages/frameworks –JavaScript (ReactJS), modular CSS/SCSS – by building new features & reviewing teammates’ code. We’ll also appreciate your advocacy for technical investments that make our systems more resilient, and our developer experience more delightful.
You will have the opportunity to develop your non-technical skills by mentoring engineers on your team, leading projects your team is responsible for, and influencing the roadmap of our team. You’ll also participate in our team’s on-call rotation. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in engineering-wide initiatives that aim to improve our culture & developer experience.
You will use synchronous communication tools (Zoom, Slack) and asynchronous tools (Google Docs, Github, Jira) to collaborate with your distributed team. Four times per year, you’ll have the opportunity to travel to spend time with your team in person. (Currently on hold during pandemic)

Have roughly 5+ years of professional programming experience.
Are comfortable working independently to build UIs using React
