SeekOut is looking for Front-End engineers to join our growing engineering organization. We are a fast growing, profitable startup backed by prominent VC firms in the Pacific Northwest. As a Front-End engineer, you will work with other engineers, Project Managers (PMs) and designers to bring performant and crafted experiences to our customers. As a senior leader you will also be responsible for helping coach earlier in career team members. We will also be looking to you to help inform our investments in our FE engineering system.

As a Front-End engineer, you will work with other engineers, Project Managers (PMs) and designers to bring performant and crafted experiences to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working across Project Management, Product and Engineering teams to design and build experiences that delight our customers.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
- Shape technical road map and strategy for our Front-End investments.
- Set best practices for Front-End development.
- At least 5 years of software development experience as a software engineer or related role
- At least 3 years of experience working with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Vue
- Experience with common front-end development tools
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or 4 years of additional work experience.
