- Support and mentor new engineers through training, reviews and collaboration.
- Work directly with customers and suppliers to develop and manage designs, requirements, specifications, etc.
- Participate in Agile Scrum teams through sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and daily standups.
- Support engineering in new product development and managing lessons learned.
- Write C Code to meet functional and technical specifications.
- Perform peer reviews on all artifacts during the lifecycle of a project.
- Code compliance to coding guidelines
- Create and maintain software architecture and detail designs.
- Support Test Lab functional test requirements.
- Support manufacturing regarding inline product testing methods, specifications and equipment selection.
- Investigate alternative suppliers of electronic content for non-directed-buy suppliers for future products.
- Evaluate, assess and troubleshoot electronics content contained in core product base. Qualifications: -Bachelor's in Engineering (Computer, Software, Electrical) Must have experience with: Embedded C programming and AUTOSAR Nice to have: ASPICE
