Overview
AM LLC has an immediate-hire Software Engineer (ServiceNow, ITOM, CMDB) opportunity for a remote role to support our Veterans Administration customer. U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required due to security clearance requirements.
Responsibilities
A Software Engineer (ServiceNow, ITOM, CMDB) must create software development plans and strategies and create logical and functional software code in a variety of languages. Must have experience in developing and implementing algorithms. Must have experience in devising possible solutions to predicted problems, evaluating other options; working as part of a team, which may be established purely for a particular project, to write a specific section of the program.

Specifically, this resource must have:
- Hands-on ITOM experience and/or a basic understanding of CMDB and the ability to speak about both.
- Integration experience with an external discovery tool such as SCCM
- ITAM experience would be a strong plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required, along with a minimum of 9 years of overall IT experience.
- 8 years of additional, relevant experience can be substituted for the degree.
- ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus
- An active VA PIV card is highly preferred
