Overview
AM LLC is seeking (1) Software Engineer, Tech Lead (ServiceNow) for a remote role to support our Veterans Administration customer. (Note: This role will be remote until the pandemic is over if you live within 60 miles of Chantilly, VA). U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required due to security clearance requirements.
Responsibilities
A Software Engineer, Tech Lead (ServiceNow) with Predictive Intelligence experience must create software development plans and strategies and create logical and functional software code in a variety of languages. Must have experience in developing and implementing algorithms. Must have experience in devising possible solutions to predicted problems, evaluating other options; working as part of a team, which may be established purely for a particular project, to write a specific section of the program.

Specifically this resource will:
- Implement Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and/or National Language understanding for one or more large enterprises.
- Train Predictive Intelligence Solutions
- Have familiarity with Predictive Intelligence classification framework, intelligence similarity framework, intelligence clustering framework, and/or intelligence regression framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required, along with a minimum of 9 years of overall IT experience.
- 8 years of additional relevant experience can be substituted for the degree.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (required)
- ServiceNow Micro Certification – Predictive Intelligence (required)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or ServiceNow Certified IT Business Management (required)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (highly preferred)
