Summary
The Software Developer II is part of our Professional Services team and will work with customers to deliver technical solutions/custom programming to meet customer needs.
The Software Developer II will have the proven ability to work either independently or in a team to achieve results. They will blend their analytical and technical skills to provide creative solutions to Jenzabar customers. They will work with customers to define the requirements and use case, scope the best technical solution, develop the solution and work with the customer to ensure the solution meets their needs.
This position will stay on top of new technologies and how the Services team can leverage to them to provide solutions for our customers.

Essential Tasks
- Work with Business Analyst to prepare requirement/ solutions for our Jenzabar customers. Consult with customer to discuss the best practices and best solution for request. Prepare a statement of work.
- Deliver technical work related to programming, integration and system updates
- Development experience in object oriented language such as C#, Java, XML, .Net, SQL, REST API calls
- Provide consulting to customer as requested
- Ability to be innovative, creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box when problem-solving
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to adjust the level of technical language to match that of the audience
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively and independently in an atmosphere of multiple projects, across multiple products
- Must have excellent team building and problem-solving skills with comfortability working in a deadline driven environment
- Experience with iPaaS platform (e.g. Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica) a plus
- 2 + years’ experience working at an Accredited College/University or in Higher Education Market a plus
